How Many Calories Does A Veggie Stir Fry Have?

I want to start this post with a special greeting (although his birthday was yesterday: D) to my grandmother!



Exactly I tried to prepare his party in this recipe.

I must say that it was not easy to make the sponge cake, was the second time I did it, and cooked while I was afraid that once I opened the oven and would limp all .. . but thankfully everything went well! ;)
We were at the party in 10, so I had to increase the quantity of ingredients. Realize that it is an egg per person. The other doses are in proportion. This is a recipe for a cake for 6 people.

Serves 6

For the sponge:

- 6 whole eggs;
- 180 g of flour (or 140 grams of flour and 40 g of starch);
- 180 g sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or grated lemon);
- 3 / 4 packet of yeast.

For the filling:
Ingredients for the custard:
- 2 egg yolks;
- 3 tablespoons of flour;
- 3 tablespoons sugar;
- vanillin;
- lemon
- 500 ml of milk.

250 ml of fresh whipped cream.


Preparation:
With an electric mixer whisk the eggs with sugar. I recommend turning the eggs slowly otherwise they can be disassembled.
Add the flour, baking powder and combined prior to the vanilla, with a sieve. Mix everything slowly and low speed with an electric mixer.
Pour the mixture into a round baking pan previously greased and floured.
Place in the oven, ventilated if possible, pre-heated for about 20-30 minutes (time is relative, however, you will be to verify whether it is sufficient or not. For me to bake the sponge cake with 10 eggs were used 55 minutes) at 180 ° C.

Once cooled the cake pan, dividing it into two layers, the upper one slightly less often.

Turn until the mixture thickens, then let it cool before using.

Once the custard is cold add it to whipped cream.

Spread the cream (keep aside a little to cover the cake at the end) on the hard bottom to fill the cake and place yourself above the second disc of sponge cake (above).
